Google’s Chrome ,the new little brother of the browser family ,graduated from Beta stage to final version on 11th of December 2008.
The browser market is dominated by Internet explorer around 70 percent it holds the share and the rest being occupied by the fast growing Fire Fox . AS google started to distribute a lot of free products to the market ,they entered to the browser market in October 2008 with Chrome Beta release.
Now they have announced that Beta came to the stage of final product within 100 days. and this is the shortest period google used in the history to make a product from beta to real final version.
“We’ll see increased user adoption,” said Linus Upson, an engineering director at Google. “And we’ll always have a release that pushes the envelope on new features. said to new york time.
Google Chrome has still few bugs, as they still work on. Forum sites ,and flash sites mostly not functioning properly. very complicated e commerce sites still experiencing problems.
The main attraction of Chrome is the image view of the history. the Extra added feature noticeably is the ” inspect element option “(shown in the picture above)this helps you to identify the programing structure and other elements of web sites ,good for developers .
